If the package is left at your door or in another location and you were not required to sign for the package, please contact our office immediately upon noticing any damage.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Peninsula Glass warrants windows to be free from defects in material and workmanship for 2 years from the original date of purchase. Within this warranty period, Peninsula Glass will repair or replace, at its option, defective parts at no charge. You will be responsible for the cost of returning item(s) to us. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For windows installed in salt water marine conditions, defects due to corrosion are limited to windows that have been powder coated. This warranty does not cover improper installation, misuse, abuse or neglect on the part of the owner. This warranty will be voided in the event that the product is disassembled or serviced by anyone other than Peninsula Glass after the original date of installation.</p>
